Today, we are off to where Evan’s journey in the ancient world started: in the Mediterranean Sea. Literally. He was plucked from his comfortable 21st Century home by Zeus and ditched in the middle of a shipwreck.
This first round of slides starts with the Pillars of Herakles and to Apollonia, the port city on the fringes of Ancient Egypt.
These images I used to keep a visual of where my characters were going and what the places may have looked liked during the 6th BCE. That, and a lot of research!
Thank you for your continued support and as always, I look forward to your comments and will respond.

That was wonderful. I am more of a visual learner than I care to admit. that brought a lot to life.

Thank you, Jacqui 🙂
The images help, especially if I am stuck on a scene or need to describe a location.

Bella,
I love visuals! They really set the scenes in your book. On the lower half of Amazon’s sale page for Search for the Golden Serpent, is an area in which you can upload a video for your book. It would be great to add a video of all of Evan’s travel destinations right there on the same page.

Mille grazie Bella,
Thanks for the tip! I had forgotten about Amazon and the sales page. Must do that.
